This macro shot of a spider was taken on the front veranda of my home a couple of weeks ago. This year there seems to be an abundance of spiders and webs for some reason. Spiders are creepy crawlers and look menacing when looking at them through a macro lens. So, I can understand why some people are scared of them. Notice the eyes on this spider.
