Wood Pile

Not often do you see a wood pile in the city. But this is one I photographed not long ago near my home. Although not unusual to see in rural communities, wood piles are beginning to become fewer and fewer.

St. Lucia

I was looking through some old photos tonight wondering what I should post.I came across these photos which were taken in St. Lucia. St. Lucia is a beautiful Island and one of my favourite places in the Caribbean.

While down there we took a catamaran down the coast to Soufriere and visited a coffee plantation (photo 1 &2) and the Pitons (photo #3). The Pitons are located near Soufriere and are primeval twin peaks, topping 2000 feet, and are St. Lucia's most famous landmark. On our return we stopped along the coast were locals were selling their goods.
