This is a rose that has been dried. The rose has that old feel to it and the subject of Dan Brown's book, The Da Vinci Code, dates way back in time. So, I thought the combination would work. Not sure what you may think of it. I used Photoshop hand colouring technique to make the rose stand out more in the photo.

Dried Rose
