Old Skates
These old fashion skates are estimated to be 70 to 80 years old. The leather boots attached to the skate blades are in excellent shape which attests to the quality of the leather. Photographed in an old merchant's home now used for a summer home in Bridgerport, NL.

Splitting Table
A splitting table photographed in an old stage in the community of Little Harbour, NL. The splitting table was used to split cod and remove the sound bone before salting the cod in tubs and then drying on flakes.
