Great Dane

I photographed this Great Dane on a photo walk around Quidi Vidi Lake this past weekend. This is a beauty of a dog and he is only a year old. The owner said he bought him in Boston.

Sheba

This is our dog Sheba. When there is a storm brewing she wants to be very close to us. Sometimes she lies on the floor with her ears perked nervously listening to every strange sound coming from the outside. In this larger image to the left, she is lying on a floor mat in our den off the kitchen and not far from our feet. I took this photo Monday evening as a winter snow storm was raging outside. In the B&W images, Sheba is perched on a chair looking out one of our kitchen windows surveying all of the snow that is piled up. These photos were taken this morning after the storm.

With her ears perked she reminds me of the “flying nun”. Remember that TV show with Sally Field?

This is Logan, (I think I remember the name correctly) who was posing in front of an iceberg for his owner yesterday. The owner was good enough to also allow me to take this picture.
