I used an ND filter on the fourth last photo to get a long exposure. I did not use any filters on the other photos. I always shoot in RAW and I process my pictures using Lightroom 3.
I shot these with my Nikon D700 and two high quality lenses. No doubt that contributes to the quality. Other than that there are no other processes that I used for these photos. Hope this helps.

It does, thanks!! I use Lightroom 3 as well, amazing program. I'm looking into purchasing a Nikon as my next camera.
